Why does my spyro 2 on pc keep freezing on the developed by insomniac sign at the start of the game?

Every time i start up PS7 v0.19 and i load up my spyro gateway to glimmer and i play it loads.. it says universal american game or whatever and then goes to developed by insomniac games, red writing. black background.. and the video freezes but the audio doesnt! and its meant to like go crooked and be a sign but all it is for me is a black background with red wiritng. PLEASE HELP.. ive tried using epsxe and every single 1 has a tiny problem... Help pls
