Is this a sign of my period?

so today I put a bathing suit on to go swimming and before i left i decided to go pee. When i looked down I noticed to brown dots surrounded by yellow discharge i thought it was poo because thats where it was but then I noticed that there was a trail of gold dischagre leading to the brown I just wanted to know if this was a sign of my period?? im 13
