Red Plum and Smart Source coupon inserts - How much do they cost to be shipped directly to me?

Unfortuntatly, the inserts do not come with the newspaper where I live (Denver Colorado). I'm curious as to how much it would cost to have either or both shipped directly to my house once a week. I konw that on Red Plum's website it says you can have it mailed if you are out of service area (like myself), but I can not find the information of how much. Help?
