Best Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner?

I thought that wearing a waterproof liquid eyeliner would be great for this summer. However I don't know of any makeup brands that don't test on animals that sell waterproof liquid eyeliner. I'm hoping to get colors like Aqua and Plum.:)
