Help lose weight, advice?
First you need to stop starving yourself and then eating one large meal. What has worked for me is the realization that it didn't take me a few weeks to gain it so it will take some time to lose it and tone it. Practice portion control, if it's bigger than the palm of your hand trim it till it gets there. You will not, no matter what anyone tells you have a six pack in a few weeks. You can do an ab routine and be consistant and you will tone up. They are free and online. You will not be perfect but, if you stick with it you will get the results you want. You will also feel better about yourself when you look in that mirror in a week and see some definition. You can also tone up by watching music videos and dancing like the superstar you are. No cable? Well turn on the radio and dance your little heart out. No friends necessary... Good luck and I'm sure even with a little belly fat you are fab!!!!!! You can still work out with the team, just tell the coach you need to get ready for next year..
