What thriller movie has a guy who sews womens skin?

I'm trying to remeber a movie about a guy who kidnaps younger women and plums the up for their skin and its sewing the skin together like a pattern for a dress. I don't remeber much about it just a scene with his putting makup on and dancing and somthing about bugs. Please help
